Mango and Penelope Cruz Hot Things Up

Mango%20Penelope%20Cruz%201.png

Mango has always been an 'odd hit, mostly miss' shop for me, often leaving me uninspired which led to meMango%20Spotted%20Dress1.jpg leaving it out only to be led back in by a beautiful window display once in a while.

Cue Penelope Cruz (and her sister - who cares!) to bring a well needed profile raising touch of Spanish sophistication to the wilting brand.

The online shop is not the most enjoyable shopping experience but hey what a great excuse to get down to a shop and sample some of the collection in the flesh.

Things are looking good for Mango this summer and I will certainly be considering the spotted dress for a wedding I am attending later this year.

It's Spring At Ted Baker

We all know that you have to pay a little bit more for good quality and that is exactly what you get from Ted Baker. Great designs mirroring catwalk trends teamed with fabrics that wear well and fit exquisitely.

The Spring collection is fabulous with a bright airy feel to mirror those longer, warmer days ahead - beautiful.

7 Of The Best - River Island S/S 08

River Island is not always my first port of call but I believe they have really got things on track with their Spring/Summer '08' collection.

I have picked out my favourite 7 from day to evening wear with a couple of accessories to liven up existing outfits. The lemon tier dress is reasonably priced at £44.99 and all other items are below £30.

Oasis Poppy Parker Lane Dress - Summer 2008

Oasis have a fabulous range on offer for Summer 2008 and I am loving their 1950's glamour inspired dresses.

The Poppy Parker Lane Dress is my favourite, it embraces the female shape and adds volume with it's net underskirt. The bold red print on the crisp white background is inspired by prints from the archives at Baths Fashion Museum, this teamed with the surprisingly low back exudes a fun and flirtatious feel.

Perfect for those lazy summer days ahead.
